The rockhopper are popular choice for xbiking community. But that rockhopper frame looks huge, make sure it will fir you.

The HardRock’s paint is pretty sweet, but it appears to have been in a front-end crash, fork is bent, and the parts are pretty low-end; rear derailleur was likely replaced with a cheap no-name derailleur. Its also quite large.
The Giant is far newer and less likely to have problems. I don’t think you necessarily need the suspension fork for your purposes, though.
