Am I missing something here? I see tyres are worn out and this is pre-2019 model but it’s still too cheap?

I mean it’s an old bike with rather entry level components. If the tyres are worn, the chain and cassette probably are worn as well. So you need to spend another 100€ to replace all of that. But if it fits the price is alright. You could try to negotiate it a bit. But definitely ride it as much as you can before buying.

Coolest thing imo is that it’s an older canyon to customize, even repaint, and the mavic wheel set
Edit- maybe just front wheel is mavic. Rear does not. Bummer
