I went to take the road bike out this week. Made it half a mile before trying to change gear and nothing. I thought it just needed charging as I've not been out on it for 4 months.
Came home and tried charging it and nothing happens.
I've tried the crash test too and still nothing.
I can't get any lights to come on on the junction box at all.
No idea what could have caused this. Bike was cleaned after my last ride and has been sat in the garage doing nothing for 4 months.
Please help! I was planning on go out on it tomorrow and have a sportive next week!

How old is the battery?
The cables on the back of the box are very finicky. They’re definitely plugged in all the way?
They should come up with a “bypass” mode for when this happens. So you can use your fingers to shift temporarily while you charge or replace the battery. That is all.
