Novice here apologies if this is the wrong place to post. Son's first Canyon bike purchased second hand. Stupidly asked ChatGBT what lock to get, it's arrived and doesn't fit the frame.
Neuron AL7 GX according to the seller's advert, we think 2019 is the year.
Anybody any idea how I work out what will fit as want to order online preferably Amazon UK or US.

Any D-shaped lock would be fine. What do you mean by doesn’t fit the frame?
I do not trust any bike lock. You couldn’t pay me to leave my bike locked up somewhere for more than 5 minutes.
A garage would be best
