I could be overreacting, but I noticed my left Dura-Ace crank has something that almost looks like a crack that continues to the other side. The round paint chip is where the original batch sticker was. It’s probably just the clear coat, but can anyone tell for sure? The DA cranks are aluminium, I believe.
I recently received these back from a power meter factory install. The cranks are new.

So many issues with shimano “high end “ road group sets. They’ve had issues for years but don’t seem to fix it.
Given Shimano’s history of failure on modern Hollowtech Dura-Ace cranks, I’d take it to a shop for professional assessment. Shimano is not going to deal with you directly anyway, so any potential warranty would have to be handled by a dealer.
