Where to get the rest for a vigorelli

Hey folks, I just got a frame kit from Cinelli – vigorelli – city fog, and I it would be nice to get some suggestions and recommendations to where to get the rest of the pieces, I found a workshop where they can assemble the complicated parts, I don’t have all the tools since I’m living in a new city en Europe.
