Left two are b link and shim for Shimano derailleurs (you don’t need them because you have direct mount) and the right is the anchor plate for the front mech which Canyon doesn’t use because they either integrate a plate to the frame or use the hanger itself to support the front mehr anchor screw.

  2. Left is an extra derailure hangar. These are a sacrificial part that is made to snap if you drop your bike on drive side, saving your rear derailure.
    The small aluminum piece on the right is a protective pad used for your front mech, its ment to protect your frame from the stabilizer grub screw in your front mech. Not used in most cases since the grub screw usually touches the braze on mech hangar anyways.
