Yes, they’re looking quite worn, and usually you can’t see chainring wear by eye. Unfortunately they’re stamped onto the crank, so you have to replace the entire crankset.

Yeah like 3 of them teeth have a flat still you don’t have a chain ring you have a circular saw now

you can not. If the chain is having issues with these rings you will have to replace the crank. These rings are riveted on.
