Pedal sound problems

So last night I was on the turbo and heard a big noise from my right pedal, then it sounded weird for a bit so I got off and took a look, turns out the plastic cover on the bottom is moving slightly.

Pedals are ultegra on assioma duo shi

As you can see one moves back and forth and the other is stationary, any ideas how to fix this??
