Anything that supports a Presta valve. It’s very common. You’ll usually have two different slots on floor pumps, etc. Presta is the narrow one.
You un-turn the small-ish knob at the top and press it in to make sure that it isn’t stuck and make it move easily when pumping (the air pressure will push it in).

That’s called a presta valve. Some pumps are made for those solely, some have switchable heads, some can do both presta and schrader without needing to be switched.
Your local bike shop or bike collective should be able to help you out.

That’s a Presta Valve.. It’s the most common type of valve you’ll find on bikes. Any standard bicycle pump will do and most can handle Presta and Schrader (the kind of valve found on cars and mass manufactured bikes)

It’s a pretty short Presta so some pumps may have issue with that

You have a short stem. That threaded ring at the base of the stem might get in the way of the pump going all the way on. It can be removed. When getting new tubes, get ones with longer stems

Just get a shrader valve adapter. They are cheap and easy to install and remove and then you can use a regular automotive pump that has high-enough pressure output for your needs. I use my regular electric car pump with no issues.

Any pump that will work with a presta valve.
