I'd like to mount my bike on a wall, but the wall is drywall (specifically, it's made of 1.25cm Fermacell gypsum board, which should be better than standard drywall).
I have selected a few bike mounts that are girlfriend-approved.
The options are Parax S-rack, Tons wall mount, and Tons angled mount (in the same order as the photos). Yes, Tons are totally overpriced for what they are, but let's put that aside.
All of these indicate they are okay with drywall when using appropriate hollow-wall anchors. The s-rack has 4 mounting points, but they are quite close together. The Tons standard mount has 2 weight points with a screw each, but they are further apart. The Tons angled wall mount has 3 separate weight points.
The bicycle is a triathlon bike which weighs just under 10kg.
Also, let's assume I can't put it on the studs, and I would be using hollow wall anchors such as Fischer Duotec.
Other threads on Reddit seem strongly opposed to mounting bikes on drywall. Is it so bad? Is there any significant difference between the different mounts? Does anyone have experience with the mentioned mounts on drywall specifically? How risky is this?

Nothing wrong with mounting to drywall providing you attach the rack to the studs, not the drywall itself.
Problem you’ll have is your perfect rack placement may not align with the studs
From a physics standpoint, the Tons Angled (3rd) mount would experience the lowest tension in the drywall anchors overall, so it’s most likely to succeed if you’re unsure about feasibility.
By far, I prefer the third assembly because the two wheels are flat, but that’s just my preference.
For the mounting, I will use wall plugs like these (size to be adjusted).

I have a wall shelf that is held up with basic wall plugs. My cat jumps on it, and so far everything is fine.
I didn’t read and looked at the first photo thinking that that’s the dumbest bike packing accessory ever.
Ive got 5 bikes hanging from Plasterboard using GripIt fixings. You have to drill an annoyingly large hole, but they have been up there 4 years with no issues at all. I’d also go with the 2nd option you showed, so you arent adding extra leverage to the fixings.
