I was working on a welding project in my garage and a spark managed to get on my rear fat tire,burned through the tire and the inner tube.
Is that hole repairable or just mark it up as a loss and buy a new one?

since it’s the rear, and a fattie (slower and lower pressure) i would sure try a plug/patch
If you’re running tubes you can run it just like that. If you want you can get a vulcanizing tire patch (not a tube patch) and patch the inside.
