Im gonna guess it’s a DRB Gorilla. The Frame is a DRB Godzilla- but anyone that can read figured that out. Backtracking to DRB put me on their parts page, and that cutout in the steerer tube looks identical to what’s on their site.

I think I had a set of forks with that cut out, and I think they were Flybikes.
