  1. they can definitely be cleaned up. you might’ve lost a good amount of material there but only way to know is to try installing a new BB and seeing how it goes *also what is that frame??*

  2. The way I see it:
    Not rideable right now.
    Potentially not rideable after chasing, but you don’t know yet.

    I would chase it, try it, and see what shakes out.

    Expect to pay if it works or doesn’t, but if you walked that in to our shop I would do it while you watched and be done in 15 minutes. Not bragging on time or anything but just to *know.* When something like that comes in, I absolutely can’t wait to see if trash remains trashed or if it can be saved.

    100% no problem

    you say its powder coated, but there seems to be a thick layer of clear coat
    even though there is a lot of material, it’s just paint.

    can be a “while you wait” job if you call ahead to the shop and ask what time is a good time to get the job done
