It appears to be an old school carbon frame with 3 piece cranks and external gear routing. The BB shell appears to be delaminating, and the drive line is most certainly cooked. If you can do a parts harvest it might be worth something depending on what’s hanging off it, but it’s definitely not a rideable purchase.
