Suddenly the rear brake doesn’t work anymore (and makes a squeaky noise when the lever is pulled) and you can see a small oil film on the left side of the hub. But the disc rotor doesn’t feel oily. The bike got 2600 km in total.

Yes, it’s leaking. Something went wrong in production and atm there are many Enviolos like yours.
Get it replaced under warranty.
