I’d say some bar tape and ends, would help
Inexpensive options…
Track grips of a favorite color.
Gold chain?? Black and gold complement each other.
Expensive options….
Deep V wheels.
Tri spoke wheels
Bar tape and slam the stem
Throw a hotline sticker on there and you’ll be good
Get some part in chrome color. Or 1 or two red decals
Get a new saddle
Get some deep v rims
Get some dank ass bar tape
Or some new bars period, I ride dumb wide mountain bike bars with track grips and it’s the coolest part of my bike
