You need to remove the crank bolt, use a crank puller to take the crank off, then remove and reinstall the cup with the appropriate bottom bracket tool.
But in reality you should just go to your local bike shop instead of buying these tools and attempting it yourself. It’ll be a ~$25 job, assuming the parts are salvageable and the BB cup just worked itself loose.

Prob can retorque and carry on. Will have to remove crank arm w special tool, and also special tool to retorque bb cup.
