Is it gonna affect moving over the caliper and 160 to 180mm adapter? Do I need to buy something that fits? As you can see the new fork has mounts where the top and bottom and different lengths, thanks!
The angle does not matter, just the distances. Measure the distance between the two holes, and the distance of each hole from the axle. You’ll find those are the same.

The posts are different lengths because the position of the axle relative to the body of the fork lowers is different between the two forks. The new fork has more offset. Assuming both forks are 160mm direct mount, should shouldn’t need anything.
