    I think you’d greatly benefit from leveling out the saddle if you can’t replace it with something else, removing the rear brake –you can keep the handlebar lever to maintain a symmetrical aesthetic– entirely (if that’s legal in your country), and wrapping your bars with some cork bar tape. If I rode my bike with that saddle and at that angle, my back and hands would hurt a lot too

  3. You can get black zip ties for pretty cheap on Amazon. Put on in the front, one in the back and one in the middle to hold up your brake cables. And I would put them underneath the top tube. As it looks cleaner and you’ll less likely rub it with your legs.
