Photo one shows the missing washer or nut on one of my cranks. The cranks are E13 Helix eSpec. Photo 2 shows the one that I still have. Does anyone know the name of this part and if it’s essential? I have searched with no luck.

There’s a plastic decorative piece that goes on the head of the crank fixing bolts, it’s decorative/keeps the crank extractor threads cleaner. It’s not a huge deal if it’s not there though.
Who is the manufacturer of the bike? The plastic part that says Bosch on it, just behind the crank came off on my bike and I contacted trek, fully expecting to buy the part and they sent me the part free. Might be worthwhile sending an email to whoever made the bike
