Bottom Bracket shell, in case this is important. Because I’m also open to suggestions as to what to replace this with. I have an E-bike conversion kit on the bike, so preferably something that can handle that.
Nutted… lol
Anyway, it’s the same as removing one that has a bolt in it.

You need a square taper crank arm puller like this and you will need a bottom bracket removal tool.
