Grip ends are torn off. Probably from hawhips! Adding it probably came out of that container behind it, where there’s more bikes they bought for nothing, “put new pads on” . Bikes should be resold as much as possible, but, not a great bargain.

If you’re in the southeast, I think I’ve literally seen this bike bought and sold 3-4 times, this thing looks super familiar to me. I wouldn’t go for it for a primary bike.
