I would just add more, but you could take it odd and scrub it with a stiff brush.
Fyi, it’s good to top your sealant up from time to time. Good maintenance practice

Very normal, in my view. Any particular reason why you are checking?
Can’t make out very well if the stuff at the bottom left is a thicker solidified patch of sealant, or just the shade making it look a little odd. I would top up with sealant.

I unless there is a thick spot where sealant pooled and dried creating a hop when the wheel spins just add more sealant and go. Check sealant levels every 2-4 months depending on how much you ride or if you notice a few punctures.
