Now i try to fix in this way, I put another tube outside to keep the pole rigid, but i don’t know if it works or no because the tube maybe it’s too thin

Your fix is the correct fix. Try raising your tent with it. If it does not break, it’s fine. Otherwise you need a stronger pipe to fit around the broken part.
If it’s a common/popular tent you can get a new pole from the manufacturer. For a field repair what you’ve got there is what I would do too.
