  1. For some strange reason mine got better with jogging. Any reason why?
    (Started with slow pace and then slowly progressed)
    Not fully healed yet but everytime I start training for running events it get better after a while.

  2. Of course there is sore and there is sore…
    I go by the idea that if I have a low level of pain on activity that recedes relatively quickly, then all is well. But if I do something and that cause a strong pain and I'm still sore the next day, then I definitely did too much

  3. Interesting. Mines flared up recently, and I’m running less. I also had a big flare up 1 week into a 3 month hike, which I essentially walked through, (along with increasing heal drop) but still was very suprised to heal it walking 30km day in day out
