If you want to save it without damage you need a c spanner and a pin spanner. If it for the bin a hammer and punch will work

First use a Lockring tool for the outer notches. But the interior one needs some kind of bb tool. Never seen this style.

Loosen the lockring (dark circle thing with three notches), then unscrew the cup. Since this is the adjustable cup, I’m assuming the bike is upside-down, so this left-side cup is most likely right-hand threaded.

I would start with a hooked wrench / c-hook wrench to remove the outer lockring. Then perhaps something like an HCW-5 From park tool (pictured) to engage the inner bit. Would assume this is standard threaded ie. anti-clockwise to remove. Good luck

Could someone explain to me what part of a bike this is? I’m so confused about the seatpost looking thing coming out of the BB area.
