I picked up this bike last year after a knee injury and wanna turn it into a commuter.
27.5 wheels
Shimano 600 arabesque front and rear derailleurs + stem shifters
Sugino maxy crankset
Dia compe brakes
Should i to a build on this bike? Id keep the cranks and derailleurs if they are still good. I mostly only wanna change the shifters, wheelset and brakes lmk!

*27 inch wheels, “27.5” is the newer MTB size
Looks pretty good to me although the brake levers seem weirdly adjusted
