This part popped out on one of the side but I cant push it back in with just my hand
I assume this is the seal and I will need to disassemble the whole fork to put back? What kind of tool will I need for to take off the top cap?
The bike is just a cheapo Walmart bike

These kinds of forks are disposable. One time use if you will. When they break you replace
This is not worth even trying to repair, if it’s even possible with something so cheaply made.
More than likely not.
Don’t even bother with it. Get a ridgid fork and you won’t have issues anymore.
