Does anyone know the tool I need to remove this freewheel? All the videos I see use a specific tool for this, but this freewheel doesn’t have those notches.
A pin spanner and a lot of effort, hate these ones. Sometimes it’s easier to saw off if the pin holes get too mangled

The notches are likely on the backside, as it is probably installed backwards, doh. You can throw the whole thing in the vise, and SLOWLY crush the freewheeling gear until it doesn’t… and spin the wheel counter-clockwise to release. It will destroy the freewheel, and if you don’t do it slowly, the wheel’s hub as well, so there is that. We have also gotten them off with an angle grinder, but the vise is easier, when it works.
Edit: You can also die/angle grind yourself a notch on the inner diameter ring and try smacking with a hammer and chisel, it might start moving right away, and some lube on those inner threads might help it along… good luck!

Oh just saw… good progress, vise for the win from here, no problem!

Disassemble it by removing the outer race with a pin spanner. Then go after the part that’s still attached with a BIG pipe wrench.

Angle grinder and then pipe wrench.
