I’ve ran this setup for quite some time without issues. Have started having trouble getting on them lowest gears lately, so I’m thinking if that might be due to short chain that’s fatiguing derailleur cage?
I feel like a more likely scenario is that your cable has gone out of adjustment.

B gap is also pretty big, might look less stretched with that set properly to about a 1/4” or 6mm gap, which might help shifting. But yeah, looks like a full link short.

Two things to check.
First is the limit screw on the derailleur. One should have a L by it, try turning it out half or a full turn. This is the most likely solution if the other gears are shifting smoothly up and down.
Second is the b screw. They also get out of adjustment, the gap between the chain and sprocket may have slowly become too small.

nah it’s perfect

In cavemen terms – if the chain touches the middle cog (the b-tension one) you are good. But there are also calculators and better tools to calculate that

B-gap should be fine. If I’m not mistaken, it’s supposed to be 8-10mm from the low cog to the top of the guide pulley.
Your barrel adjust looks to be all the way maxed out. Perhaps the barrel adjust is flexing with only 1 or 2 thread engagement.
Reset the adjuster all the way in, then turn out by 1-2 turns. Then reset the initial cable tension via the pinch bolt, then proceed to make the final adjustment with the barrel.
