Multitracks are a nice workhorse bike. It’ll do you just fine 🙂
It’s too big. She’ll never be able to reach the pedals.
It’s perfect. Now get on it and ride.
Edit: that lock is better than nothing, but u locks are typically much better.
You will enjoy every ride because that is a comfortable bike for bumpy streets. It can also carry your groceries. Get mudguards and a rack&basket. And lights!

You should get a kitty backpack and take them for rides.
