The Cannondale SM1000 is getting a riding partner.
It’s a 1989 Fisher Advance. Made when Gary Fisher owned his company and Bicycle Brand. It’s coming together. Built a new set of sealed bearing wheels, 1 x 10 drive train is in progress, but waiting for a different rear derailleur that’s capable of a 42 T low cassette gear.
Does anyone happen to know what the actual seat post diameter is for this frame? I’ve made a couple order mistakes already.
I’m sure enjoying giving these old frames a new life.
