New to road bikes and looking for a bike to use as a commuter for school and has potential to be used as a tri-bike. Wondering what everyone’s thoughts are about the price point and what questions you would ask to assess condition. Thanks!

It’s not a bike well suited for commuting. Very large size, may be good if you’re tall. It’s expensive for what it is. And it has a strange olded groupset mounted on it?
How tall are you? Size 60 is pretty large, really only for riders 6’3 and up. Sizing is the most important thing to get right really, you can have the best bike in the world but if you’re uncomfortable on it you’re never going to have a good time.
It’s a nice bike obviously, could definitely start to do tris, bit old considering the groupset but I’m sure it would do the job. Downside is that flashy bikes like this do make bigger targets for bike theft, so I’d definitely want to make sure you had somewhere secure to keep it if you were using it to commute.
