What do you think about attaching like 2x 5L backpacking compression bags or even those diving bags that you seal (looping the seal over handlebars) on top of the suspension fork? Like in the pic…
The bike is not built for bikepackig so it does not have those holes for mounts / cages.

You will need a very straight road to bikepack on if you’d do that. Many cargo cages come with systems to attach on fork legs without eyelets.

Its doable due to that long stem. Attach the bag via the handlebar, pull it towards the frame and make the bag sit under the stem. Make sure you can turn comfortably.
Plenty of bar harnesses and bar bags to do the job. Some have straps around the fork legs for stability
I’ve just been tying ‘anywhere cages’ to the bottom of the legs using jubilee clips (‘hose clamps’) which works great and is cost effective.
a cheapo handlebar bag up top completes the lot. I use an alpkit airlok 20L bag. https://alpkit.com/products/airlok-xtra-dual-20-litre?srsltid=AfmBOoqOYl6JqX0LjkLuOg_sEOsG_262kZoOIfWvd7LnQWenYIkjqqYI
