Spindle came out etc. but these are seized hard. I’ve soaked in wd45 many times. I’ve tried a longer bar. I’ve tried the bolt through the tool and the bottom bracket trick. Won’t budge.
If you are turning the correct way (righty loosey) then the next thing I’d do is put your BB tool in the best vice you can find and turn the frame. Tons of leverage that way.

A month ago I finally gave in and bought a ryobi 1/2″ impact gun on sale for $50. Got a seized BB out in 30 seconds.

I would try heat and a pneumatic impact driver.
