I’d guess you may have a yellow bike? the cables rub on the paint at the front of the bike and i have a sticker to protect where my foldable pedal hits the frame. i hope Brompton gives you some instructions pointing out where to place these stickers, if you wish to use them.

Should be the tyres patch from the Brompton tool kit.
