Do you think the stress of being late improved your performance? I've been late before and always seems to do extra well! I don't enjoy the stress though😅
My HR is like 182 at 11kmh speed, this guy run 20kmh at 178.. when i have 170 HR im not even out of breath 😂, i dont get it.. even tho cardio feels great at super high HR for some reason my legs just dont wanna go fast.
Top left pace number is ahead of the video, every time you see it go haywire is just before you slow down for a turn or an elevation, and then it speeds up again as you do.
Its always funny when a geriatric Labrador intertupts his park run to disrupt a football match then still wins and doesnt realise he's even taken part in a race.
That course looks brutal, and you were pushing going by your heart rate. I once turned up 9 minutes late for a parkrun – ended up finishing 150 out of 275, think my time was 19 minutes something. The key thing to do if you turn up late for parkrun or even worse a race is don't lose your head and don't panic, just stick to your normal pace and get damage limitation
I've late-joined a parkrun twice and it was a surreal experience both times, I could only treat it as a 5k tempo session really, always much better to be on time

Would you class yourself as a narcissist? Just asking.

There is another one next week
My local park run! Great video 🤌
I definitely didn’t do this on purpose to make this video, I slept in, promise
This is wonderful. The narrative is brilliant.
What are you losing to run with like like GoPro? What are you using losing a camera or a phone?

Good job! How do you show the metrics on the video?
If I may ask: What do you use to film and how do you do the overlay?
No, you’re playing a game of catch up.
An athlete and a gentleman. Subscribed.
Have a go at marine parade parkrun in Weston-super-Mare.
Quick course
@8:40 is that Dylan G?

Can't wait to get on that level, but have to endure the temptation until injuries heal lol

Please dont bother with marathons yet, it's not the height to running, it's a stamina/speed/mentality compromise.
Come to Gedling Park in Nottingham for a parkrun . Nice views with a few tough hills.
Yeah, please don’t do this.
Love the channel mate, used to parkrun cheltenham years ago and looking to get back into it this year. Out of interest, where do you track run?
