I got these second hand for a good deal Advertised as new. They are new but they showed up stored like this. The wire bead was twisted over when they did the band saw style fold. These are Schwalbe marathon plus. When I opened the zip ties the tire seems relatively fine shape wise but I'm just curious if the wire is cooked after being bent like that?

I think they’re fine. I run the same tires on quite a few different bikes and have had them shipped to me this way a few times. I’ve never had an issue with them.
As others have said, they’re fine. Marathons can be a chore to mount, especially if you’ve never worked with them before. Try to keep them in a warm place for a while before mounting, and they should be a bit more pliable.
It‘s a Schwalbe Marathon Plus. Nothing can break those tires to be honest.
