Today, I took my very first trip outside my little town in Germany! 🚆
Destination: Nürnberg! 🏰✨
It was also my first time taking the train here, and I wasn’t sure if I could sit anywhere… 😅 I had a ticket, but no seat reservation. Is that normal? Can you just pick any seat on the train? 🤔
I definitely want to visit again. Any must-see spots in Nürnberg that I should check out next time? Let me know! 💛

Do u work and pay for your own expenses or your family❤ just curious
Hii, so in the SBahn (the one you were in) you cant reserve so you are supposed to choose your own seat. Also in the Regionalbahnen you pick your seat yourself only the ICE offers reservation if you want😊❤
If u wanne do a weekend trip u need to visit Dresden. On of the most beautiful classical Citys in Germany.
You should go to „Rothenburg ob der Tauber“. It is pretty close to Würzburg and THE German showcase town 🫶🏻
For some nature you should go to the Chiemsee. It is a beautiful lake in the south of bavaria and it has some islands where you can go by ship 🙂
hey if you travel a lot by train i recommend getting for 58 euro per month a ""deutschland ticket" . ive it on my smartfone its so nice because you can use train, bus and trams as well in most germany citys .btew the train used to be less delayed hehe but it got worse over the years sadly….
Bamberg is very beautiful as well 🥰
Hey Jihye! I live in Nürnberg and your video honestly made me see my city in a whole new light, it’s so beautiful through your lens haha. 💕
I actually found you by accident and watched one of your videos (I think it was around Day 40-something?) and now I’ve gone back to the beginning and started watching them one by one. I'm loving every second!
Keep it up 🫶✨️
You can visit Bamberg.
You can You can always choose your seat except on an ICE
It's as steep as everywhere in Korea 😭 I was shocked when I visited SK
Passau is such a beautiful city!
Would recommend cologne. While it might not be the most beautiful city you should at least see the cologne cathedral once in your life time.
Also since cologne is in Nordrhein-Westfalen you can also visit other cities near to cologne. Perfect for City trips for a longer weekend.
The letters indicate with the wagon letter, so people with a reservation know were to wait for the train. If you xou have no reservation you can just take any empty seat, as long as you stay in the same class, either first class or second class. A seat might have a reservation later on the track, then you would have to give up your seat for the person who reserved it.
Hi I‘m german and it’s so cool to see you exploring germany
As a native German, I still don't really understand the trains not gonna lie!
You should visit Bernkastel-Kues. It has no train station but you can travel to Trier (our oldest city with over 2000 years) and take a ferry on the river Mosel..so you can see our wine region.
And in the north you should visit Haithabu near Schleswig, our old viking city/museum and for a real adventure you should visit the island Helgoland. You can take the ferry or a plane. Its not expensive and only takes 20 minutes.
You enspired me to Do thinks alone thank you and i love your videos❤❤
Try visit köln. Or coloene 😊 hamburg also pretty. But tbh the real beauty germany provide is the nature which our goverment want to kill for coal mining 😊
Please visit the schwebebahn in Wuppertal Its a hanging train <3
okay, you love old Towns and you love bear and you live in bavarai, visit Freising sometime, its an Veeeeery old City, and has the olderst brewery of the World " Weihenstephan", you will love it.
Hey, because you were wondering which direction you should go: actually, I couldn't find any letters when I took a break, but you know the alphabet. You saw platform 8 on the left, the letters A-C, so A, B and C. On the other side it said (I think) platform D-F, right? So D, E and F. If it said A-F, then all the letters from A to F could be there, for example. The number should be on the departure timetable behind the platform. And yes, apart from first class A, you can choose your seats here, unless they're reserved. By the way, I think your content where you discover Germany is really great! (I live here)
Visit me😊
There are very run down areas of Nürnberg, check out next time
I really recommend going to Heidelberg!
Göttingen!!!
lol i sit sometimes on the floor so yea you can sit everywhere ❤
It's interesting how tourists see Nuremberg…
I've never seen any of this before, even though I've been to Nuremberg many times.
Travelling by DB? have fun. I'm living in Stuttgart AMD I'm from Hamburg 14-16hours. With a car only 6-8 hours
Aww, looks like Home… Wait! It is 🙂
You can sit everywhere (as long youre in the class you boght your ticket for). On some "Langstreckenfahrten" like you did it could be possible that someone did book a reservation (but thats not always possible, it depends on the train itself) and if they come up to your seat, you have to get up. But until this happens you can stay seated
I live there(:
Forget about Nuerenburg, you’re gorgeous 🥰
