Probably it will and also chain is backwards.
Only one way to find out. But since you’re running bigger than a 25t I wouldn’t expect much clearance if any
Whether it will grind depends on the height of the pegs compared to the sprocket. You just have to look at your bike and if the sprocket is lower than a straight line between your pegs, then no. You might be able to change the drive side from lhd to rhd to get the sprocket out of the way.
That’s the name of the game when running oppo pegs, it could happen lol.
If you’re super worried about it, get a bash guard sprocket
