I'm just in the process of building up my first custom frame. I got the bottom bracket fitted last night but the bearings didn't seem to spin as freely once I had pressed them into the frame. I've fitted the crank and pedals to see how they feel. Could anyone with a bit more build experience let me know what they think?
It's a Subrosa OM2 frame with Cult Mid BB.

Assuming you’ve got the middle tube spacer installed, a brand new bb will spin like this, nothing unusual here for a new install.
As long as it’s smooth + the spacer tube you’re good
This is common when the BB isn’t machined AFTER welding
