Looks like hope c2 brakes, probably just need to buy a new brake like with banjo bolt

Entire hose needs to be replaced. Screws need to be replaced with high tensile cap bolts on mounts

Why would you hope to break them?

Looks like a c2 caliper and m4 lever.
Just order a hose kit from hope and fit a new one.
Order a hardware kit and replace the mounting bolts / washers you are using too – and don’t ride the bike on that set up!

It’s a Mini calliper from 2002-2003. It’s a number 3 calliper, so designed for 165mm rotors on rear IS mounts. It is probably in need of a new hose, 2 olives and a a 90 degree connector, plus some proper bolts to mount to your frame

Those Hope hose connections are reusable. And old Hopes are cool retro tech nowadays.
Technically you could trim the damaged end off and reattach, quick bleed and off you go.
In reality? Just put the whole brake in the bin and buy a new Shimano mt200 for like £20.
