Dolan revival

I built this up around 2010 I think. I hadn’t touched it for years but always kept it as I moved around the world. Today I gave it a bit of a revival service. I still like how it looks and rides. I’m out of fixed gear world (I’m more cargo bikes these days) – what can I do to make it a little more current? I heard skinny bars skinny tires are as loved these days, I did throw some 25s on instead of the old 23s…
