This bike will be mainly for paved bike paths in Atlanta, but the option to go off-road would be nice!

Neither will be great for actual mountain biking. This just comes down to condition and maybe looks.
the multitrack 720 (Red one first listing) is actually the best for your purposes. only thing i dont like it grip shift. but you can’t complain much at those prices
