Whatever the resolution is for the bearing cover (I would guess the open side of the “C” goes towards the bearings), you need to replace your brake pads for sure, and absolutely soak that rotor in brake cleaner or replace it outright.
You will never get this level of contamination out of the pads, and possibly the rotor as well.
