Episode 11 – France’s Canal du Midi: 200 km of pure magic after the rain again! 🚴‍♂️🌊

After tough weather periods, we finally hit the legendary Canal du Midi – one of the most peaceful and beautiful cycling paths in Europe. Flat, tree-lined towpaths, historic locks, charming villages, and that endless calm water… 200 km of pure bliss and easy riding that felt like a reward.

Then we turned north onto the V81 (Piémont Pyrénéen) greenway in the Pyrenees foothills – old railway converted into stunning voie verte with long, lit tunnels, gentle slopes, and epic valley views. But the weather turned again: cold, wet, and relentless. Legs heavy, rain soaking us… but those tunnels and greenway vibes kept us going.

France keeps testing us – and we keep loving it!
