My bike has these cable guides and I noticed some corrosion starting to form on the bolt. Does anyone know if there's a company that makes titanium bolts for something like this?
I've found for stem, groupset, bottle cages etc. But haven't seen anything that may fit this.

Unlike bottle cages and, to a lesser extent, stems, there’s no “standard” for these. You’ll need to pull them, identify the thread diameter, thread pitch, length, and head dimensions, and then search for that.
I’m normally against doing things like this, as most replacements for steel bolts come with problems that are **worse** than rust (e.g. galling, increased galvanic potential, reduced shear strength), but this is one place where titanium is an upgrade in all aspects that matter, except cost.

Maybe check BetterBolts for a match? They have so many options if you can find the right thread pitch and length
