They are also raiziing the level of water, for the benifit of certain flora. And a lot more devastating anti human/pro nature rules. The 'Green Deal' is destroying our land and sea and together with the closure of ourr gassupply in Groningen it is destroying our electricity security… Life has become extremely more expensive and the EU in Brussels decide almost everything. Our own government has hardly any influence qnymore. They give away our taxpayers money to Ukraine in biljons since 2022 and the EU has also taken lextremely expensive oans for 'Covid' and now for the defense industry. Many Dutch people are fleeing to other countries outside of the EU, also to avoid that their children will be forced to die on the Ukraine battle field… It used to be a great country, now it's a corrupt swamp.
The Netherlands is very beautiful.Their architecture and engineering are quite impressive. I have enjoyed the documentary. This country should be declared as one of the wonders of the world.
I wish the producers, of this otherwise great documentary, would have paid more attention to the correct pronunciation of Dutch place names. EG Wijk bij Duurstede is not pronounced "Wake By Dorestada". It should have been "Wike by Dure-stayde".
