Noob question again. Sorry. I’m trying to fit the rear wheel thru axel. One side saying 12-15 Nm while the other side is 25 Nm.
I found I can find a key fit on the 12-15 side. But I can use a #5 key to turn the 25 Nm side until 25Nm torque?

That 25Nm thingy is your derailleur hanger. It’s reverse threaded and you don’t want to do anything to it unless you want to replace it.
The end of the TA is inside that hole and probable has a hex
The reverse 25nm thing is threaded into your frame. It may also hold your hanger. The axle goes into the other side and threads onto the first piece.
Don’t torque your udh to 25 if you ever have to. It will snap, every time.
